The cognitive tools were useful in having an understanding about my leadership way and it reveals an interesting aspect into problem solving and goal focus. I especially enjoyed the connecting the dots activity ever since the first workshop as it not only allowed me to learn about being focused on the tasks and goal, but also about my leadership style and the way I do things. It revealed a pattern in the unknown issues I have and unexpectedly reflects upon on myself. This translated to my work as I am now able to be more focus on achieving the goal through the various tasks which enables my team to work together in this aspect

I believe that school subjects do sometimes require skills that are not taught in school, which includes cognitive skills. By learning them, students will be able to understand concepts better, retrieve the correct and necessary information during examinations to score points.
